珠海惠友电子有限公司成立于2004年，是一家专门研发生产各类陶瓷加热元器件、结构陶瓷和陶瓷封装等陶瓷产品的民营高科技企业。公司现有员工56人，其中研发人员和质检10名，80%以上人员拥有中专或大专以上学历。公司总工程师王江先生毕业于清华大学无机非金属材料专业，多年来一直从事陶瓷电热材料的研发和陶瓷新材料的开发工作，其陶瓷发热材料技术已经处于国内领先水平。在王总工程师的带领下，公司研发团队已经陆续开发了数十款，近百种新产品。公司所有产品都已经通过欧盟SGS环保认证，德国TUV认证。公司也于2011年顺利ISO9001：2008质量管理体系认证。目前公司所开发的陶瓷产品已经广泛应用在社会生活的多个领域，包括
1.美容美发（直发器、卷发器、吹风筒等）；
2.工业（电烙铁、模具加热、元器件加热、光电器件恒温加热、机械手、晶圆、等）；
3.小家电（热水壶、热水器、燃气灶、香薰炉、暖气炉等）；
4.汽车电子（陶瓷引火塞、车用暖气发热件、氧传感器陶瓷发热件、点火用陶瓷发热件、汽化燃烧发热件，以及车载热水壶等）；
与传统的电热元件相比较，氧化铝陶瓷发热元件具有性能稳定、使用使命长、高效节能、表[查看全部]面温度均匀、绝缘性能好等优势，且热响应时间短，热惯性小，升温速度快，加热温度最高可达900℃以上。无可见光辐射，具有较好的表面发散率，安全环保，符合欧盟(ROHS及WEEE)的环保要求等。其很多优点是各种电热丝和PTC加热元件所无法取代的，已经成为下一代发热元器件的首选材料。
自工厂建立至今，我们一直采用国际检验标准严格验检验我们的每一片产品，所有产品都必须经过100%检验，确保每一项电气参数全部合格。如果产品有某一项参数不达标，我们一律做废品处理，绝不让其流向市场。

MCH是metalizedceramicheater的缩写，意思是陶瓷金属化发热体。MCH是指将金属钨或者是钼锰浆料印刷在陶瓷流延坯体上，经过热压叠层，然后在1600℃氢气氛保护下，陶瓷和金属共同烧结而成的陶瓷发热体，具有耐腐蚀、耐高温、寿命长、高效节能、温度均匀、导热性能良好、热补偿速度快等优点，而且
不含铅、镉、汞、六价铬、多溴联苯、多溴二苯醚等有害物质，符合欧盟RoHS等环保要求。
　　MCH陶瓷发热体是一种新型高效环保节能陶瓷发热元件，相比PTC陶瓷发热体，具有相同加热效果情况下节约20～30%电能。
